Baseball is more than a sport — it's a family tradition, a shared passion, and a way of life.
We’re a family-operated business, born from countless weekends at the ballpark, cheering on our son and his travel ball team. As we watched him grow in the game, we also saw something else: a real need for quality glove repair and restoration. Too many kids were playing with worn-out, broken-in gear simply because replacement gloves were expensive or unavailable. And many dads – just like us – had dreams of passing down their old, battle-tested gloves to the next generation, only to realize they needed serious love before they could be game-ready again. That’s when Back in the Game Gloves was born.
What began as a labor of love quickly grew into a mission: to help ballplayers of all ages bring new life to the gear they care about most.
We started small, fixing gloves for teammates, friends, and local families — treating every glove like it was our own.
